Shonan Beauty & Wellness is seeking a Japanese speaking Aesthetic RN or NP who is friendly and enthusiastic. Job includes assisting physicians during the procedure as well as to perform a variety of treatments such as injectables and Laser Skin Rejuvenation procedures.

Requirements:

• Up to date California RN or NP License
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Caring and EXCEPTIONAL Customer service experience
• Ability to evaluate patient concerns
• Ability to reach patient satisfaction and follow up accordingly
• Ability to follow HIPPA and other health codes
• Ability to sell treatments and products to benefit the patient
• Ability to help physician during treatment and procedure
• Ability to set up and clean the room before and after the treatment and procedure
• Experience in aesthetic practice/clinic
• Experience with laser skin treatment in a Med Spa environment or Plastic Surgery office
• Japanese speaking skill (preferred)

Duties:

• Physician assistance during procedure
• Ordering Equipment and Medication for the surgery
• Ensure the safety of clients at all times
• Room setup and clean up before and after surgery
• Assist patient throughout consultations to identify their goals and help them decide the procedure to have in order to achieve optimal results
• Provide answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Review client history to ensure safety
• Provide high-quality service by following protocols at all times
• Charting all treatments and additional notes as necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned
