OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS

To our dear patients

Announcement of COVID-19 infection in our clinic

Shonan Beauty & Wellness regrets to announce that two employees (“the employees”) of our company contracted COVID-19. The employees work at the Irvine location office.

On the afternoon of December 9th PST, our clinic has received the COVID-19 PCR test results of all working staff and found two of them had tested positive. We have made the decision to close our office from the following day December 10th to accept no patient visits. In order to ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and business partners and to prevent the spread of infection in the surrounding communities, we have implemented the following measures:

1) Implemented

  1. Shonan Beauty & Wellness Irvine office will not accept any patient visit until December 18th, 2020.
  2. All necessary consultations and follow-ups will be operational only online during the time.
  3. Report COVID-19 case to the management company of the tenant building.
  4. Employees with COVID-19 will not be permitted to return to the office for at least 14 days and with the doctor’s approval
  1. All staff except the employees completed the COVID test and resulted negative.

2) Scheduled implementation

  1. The office will go through additional disinfection measures before reopening
  2. Further measures such as limiting the number of staff and patients present in the office will be implemented to further prevent new infections after reopening.

Shonan Beauty & Wellness will continue to work to prevent the spread of COVID-19 placing top priority on the safety of our patients and employees. We would like to ask for the understanding of all those involved in this endeavor.
